Unit Page - Sync updates to library components

As a course author, when I am editing a unit with components linked to content libraries, I can see which components in the unit are out-of-date with their library, and I can update them to the latest version from the unit page.

Questions/notes:

• Partial completion of this is necessary for an end-to-end tech demo of the libraries relaunch
• Given that we have old and new versions of both the Unit Page and of Libraries, what is the support matrix?
  • Legacy Unit Page // Legacy Libraries --> supported
  • Legacy Unit Page // Relaunched Libraries --> ??
  • MFE Unit Page // Legacy Libraries --> ??
  • MFE Unit Page // Relaunched Libraries --> need to support
