transifex-client and Transifex api v2 are being deprecated by Transifex on November 30th, 2022 #121

The python package transifex-client and Transifex api v2 are being deprecated by Transifex on November 30th, 2022 (see the transifex-client README).

edx-i18n-tools depend on this version of the API and this python package and need to be upgraded to the new client/api: https://github.com/transifex/cli
