Android - Register and login through Facebook shows 2 loaders at the same time

Description When a user tries to register or log in through Facebook, the user sees 2 loaders on the screen before loading the course list screen

Steps to Reproduce:

• Download the app
• Load the edX app
• Tap on the Register or Sign-in screen
• Scroll down to the social logins
• Tap on the Facebook button
• Notice there will be 2 loaders appearing on the screen while loading the course list screen

Expected Behaviour: The user should be able to see a single loader while registering through Facebook
