[Android] App Level Error Handing #273

As we move to the new app, it has been seen that it does not have the extensive error handling that the current production app has. We need to run an in-depth analysis to test and verify places for improvement and implementation followed by actual implementation of the error handling for a smoother and better user experience.

Moved to in development - @moiz994 if there are any other tickets / PRs to link to this and hte iOS epic that would be helpful to document. We might also be somewhat close to making this merged / done for now, I'm not sure what your progress on this epic is currently.

Hey Marco, thanks for following up. I haven't been updating GH much as the launch is moving closer and closer. Let me see what needs to be updated.
