[iOS] Deep Linking Support #116

Support navigating from external link (website, email etc.) from different places to the desired location in a mobile application (learning site, course, module, discussion etc.)

@khanangrauer, @miankhalid, @phanumara - Is this something we could get async clarity on whether or not edX / TouchApp might be able to pick up requirement definition and delivery for this item?

This is rated as a P0 right now in the features / capabilities spreadsheet.

(I can't seem to tag Moiz I will figure out why soon)
