[iOS] Add course name for Discussions/Dates/Handouts #286

Right now for course sections "Course" and "Videos" at the top the name of the course is displayed. But for "Discussions", "Dates" and "Handouts" sections the section name is displayed. The course name at the top should be shown for all course tabs.
