This PR contains minor improvements to the discussion user interface:

vertical indents for discussion views have been reduced, as requested in https://github.com/openedx/openedx-app-ios/issues/306
placeholder text has been added to the subcategory title, as requested in https://github.com/openedx/openedx-app-ios/issues/313
