[iOS] Videos Not Removed from Documents Directory After Deletion from Application #451

Steps to reproduce

Videos are not being removed from the Documents directory when they are deleted from the application.

Acceptance Criteria: When a course video is deleted, it should also be removed from the Documents directory; otherwise, the application's size will continuously increase.
