[iOS] Odd Vertical Animation for Video Download Progress Indicator #459

Steps to reproduce

Description:

When users initiate bulk video downloads and switch between Home and Videos sections, then expand and collapse certain sections, an abnormal download indicator animation begins.

Outcome

Expected Behavior:

Ideally, there should be no strange animations following these user interactions.
