Since we are mentioning this plugin in the Harmony project, we should keep it updated with the latest Tutor version. The current Tutor release is 16.x.x

Palm support was already added in https://github.com/eduNEXT/tutor-contrib-pod-autoscaling/releases/tag/v16.0.0
