This initiative enables course authors to align course content with learning taxonomies, by adding tags to content. Administrators will be able to ingest third-party taxonomies, or create their own. Once taxonomies have been enabled, course authors will be able to choose tags from the taxonomy to add to content in the course. Milestones will be delivered incrementally, with the ability to add tags to component xblocks and units first, followed by subsections and sections. The tagging feature will also be expanded to content in Libraries.
