The following repos need some level of review and decision making. This issue will act as an epic tracking all the work that needs to be done for each of these, but we'll create individual tickets for each to chunk the work and make it easier to keep track of individual conversations and decisions.

• [ ] https://github.com/mitodl/edx-sga should we work with MIT to move this into the Openedx org
