django-require is forked from the edx org? Should we take over ownership? #175

Check to see if https://github.com/edx/django-require has been archived.

After looking at it, the best thing to do is probably to archive the edx version of this fork so no one gets confused.

I spoke to Jeremy B. about it and he'll have someone on his team archive this. Relevant ticket on their side: https://github.com/edx/edx-arch-experiments/issues/187

I'm gonna bump this ticket out a few sprint so that we can check in to ensure that github.com/edx/django-require has been archived and moved to edx-unsupported.

This is done and I've created a ticket with GitHub to re-route our fork to point to the parent of the edx fork so we're not forked from something in edx-unsupported that's archived.
