[Django 4.2 Support] Fix Django Deprecation Warnings and Failures #198

Description

Under the effort of Django 4.2 Uprade issue, we need to resolve all the test failures and fix all the deprecation warnings for Django 4.0, Django 4.1 and Django 4.2 This issue will be tracking all the sub-issues created for fixing the warnings in edx-platform and other major IDAs
