revert: temp: disable auto-merge only for edx-platform #524

Reverts openedx/repo-tools#505

This can be merged once https://github.com/openedx/edx-platform/issues/34789 is resolved.

@feanil Based on https://github.com/openedx/edx-platform/issues/34789 being complete, I think we're safe to re-enable auto-merge on edx-platform. I've re-enabled it manually and this PR will make it stick next time we run repo checks.
