In order to create a backlog of critical Open edX tracking event to map to xAPI events, we should analyze the use of event_types in the real world.

We'd like several organizations to review and report back on which event_types they are currently using to produce analytics used by people or processes in their instances.

FYI a full list of event types is here: edX Research Guide > Alphabetical Event List

In eduNEXT we use the events used by Insights.

We're expecting a dump of the events edx.org is current collecting / seeing shortly, but it's still helpful to know what other folks are using with their configurations. As a heads up, the list @pomegranited referenced has barely been updated in the last 5+ years and I'm in the process of reviewing it for accuracy. As there are 200+ events in there, and probably many that aren't included there yet, so knowing what folks are actually seeing in their logs will be helpful to verify the current state. :)

I'm calling this done as we haven't had any recent responses, but did get a large dump of edx.org event data to work with. Thanks for the responses, all.
