Try to make minimal reproduction of Dave's issue
Can it be reproduced?
- No -> Describe what you tried here, and then close the issue
- Yes ->
- find a way to make sure that pip always prefers the bind-mounted version of the package. Perhaps that's a pip flag?
- update https://docs.tutor.overhang.io/dev.html#xblock-and-edx-platform-plugin-development
- update https://github.com/overhangio/tutor/pull/915 (or if that PR has already merged, update the pip install -e .. section in the Dockerfile)
