I'd like to talk about the possibility of spinning up an Arbisoft squad to help with front end work. Basically go over the thinking behind it and get feedback on if/how that could improve things (and concerns about ways it could go wrong). Afraid I have a conflicting meeting, so I'd like to discuss this early in the meeting if possible so I could switch over afterwards.
