Initiative: Build "Spot the Vuln" puzzle hunt

Organize an Open edX puzzle hunt called "spot the vuln"! We'd grab the prior commit from PRs of past vulnerabilities and play Where's Waldo.

Some tickets that should be on the old SEC board:

• XSS
• Privilege Escalation
