Create training for Security WG to use maintainer contact information repo #36

The Security WG will need to often figure out "what is the GitHub username for this maintainer".

Axim has this list in a private repo, alongside a lot of other information about where they work etc.

Security WG has access to this repo as a part of the security managers role.

This issue is to train the group on how to use/manage that data

I think that should be sufficient for how to use the contact info that we now have access to.
