April 2024: Run annual security survey for 2024 #8

We usually run an annual security survey in June of every year.

2022's survey: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1uRiPinIR_Bjad5rOlXgqGg7a4ezinK6QysDbm_mmlvM/edit 2023 did not have a survey.

In light of the change to how the security announcements work, we'll need to re-visit what questions to ask and ideas for encouraging people to fill out the survey.
