Create map between translation resources => to UX/UI #8

When people translate content, they have relevant context in regards to where such translations, within the platform, will be displayed (e.g. images, relevant links, etc.).

Currently there is no interface to provide translators with relevant context for their translation output, which makes it challenging to translate content (e.g. instructions per resource type - how to translate an X-BLOCK)

Everyone, please add proposals/ideas for mapping outlines

Link to PR's or Open edX sandbox (BTR testing sandbox) could be initial start.
