Close popup when clicking outside it #16

This change is similar to edx-solutions/xblock-drag-and-drop-v2#13 . Now when users have revealed a popup using the image explorer branch, they can click on either the "X" button or anywhere outside of the popup in order to close it.

Tested in the xblock-sdk and the devstack edx-platform.

Apart from the commented-out-but-not-removed code, it Looks Good To Me.
