Focusing on users location in the start #136

I think in the start it's better to focus on users current location than a static location. So that user can easily obtain data about the status of his/ her current location.

This looks good -- we should think about being able to give users the ability to select their map location on page load. But absent of setting that default, we can use this to center it at their location.
