extra cable/line types for satellites #185

Currently satellites (connected by branch lines) use the MVGD-specific standard type (which is set here). To gain 1) a more realistic grid and 2) greater variation of branch types is is reasonable to use an extra type.

Since the max. load within a satellite group does not exceed 1MVA in current config, the smallest available line/cable can be used (supposing that MV equipment and load threshold is not altered - otherwise a more generic way (use the smallest available cable that suits the needs) is required).
