I think I was wrong when I assumed the installed capacities per individual heat pump here: https://github.com/openego/eGon-data/blob/4acceba2748bf5e363ac0ff22010b7a86fb9ab4a/src/egon/data/datasets/scenario_capacities.py#L247-L248
The "Szenariorahmen" of NEP 2035, version 2035 says it is 5kW_el per heat pump (page 47).
