Isolated CH4 buses abroad #1064

The results of the current CI run reveal that the CH4 buses in foreign countries are isolated, probably due to wrong bus_ids. This also happens in scenarioeGon2035. We already discussed this issue, but I wasn't able to find a corresponding issue or bug fix.

There was no issue opened and no associated PR. I wasn't able to reproduce the problem locally so the only fix was made directly in the CI branch in this commit, removing the parallelism of the gas tasks abroad, which hasn't solve the problem. I'm invastigating further.

No wonder the IDs are not correct if you call function insert_gas_buses_abroad in the sanity checks.

Thanks a lot for for finding this out! This is corrected in https://github.com/openego/eGon-data/commit/9b33d5a6b13c8c4286c5b074a98c4a79a027d9ec (not yet in CI), I will merge it in CI today.
