In the Scigrid gas data, the PipeSegment EntsoG_MapST_108, linking the two Nodes INET_N_635 and SEQ_10711_p are disconnected of the rest of the gas grid.
They should be either deleted (like it is made for the PipeSement EntsoG_MapST_195 in https://github.com/openego/eGon-data/blob/dev/src/egon/data/datasets/gas_grid.py#L398:L401) or connected to the rest of the grid.
Additionally, the PipeSegment NO_PS_8_Seg_0_Seg_23 is connected to the norwegian bus, bus not to the rest of the german grid, an artificial pipeline is then created to fix it.
