MaStR status quo and geocoding for ding0

The MaStR data for conventional generators needs to be prepared for ding0. Following steps need to be undertaken:

• [x] Geocoding of all unique combinations of ZIP codes and municipalities in MaStR (this will be done outside of eGon-data and added to the data bundle)
  • [x] geocoding (code can be found here)
  • [x] add results to data bundle on zenodo
  • [x] adapt code to download geocoding results and write into DB
• [x] Add geocoding results to tables that are generated in mastr.py
• [x] Add handling of conventional generators in mastr.py
• [x] Adapt pv_rooftop_buildings.py to use geocoding results and remove old geocoding
• [x] Add workflow description to eGon-data README
• [x] check if zenodo deposit ID matches with zenodo MaStR dataset
