What are version and reference year of scenario? #1164

Hi, as a beginner in powerflow analysis, I've recently started exploring eTraGo and its input data, which I found on ego-n.org.

I have two specific questions:

Could you please clarify the reference year for the "Status Quo" scenario and other similar scenarios (2023)?
Where can I find the publication dates for different data versions, such as v0.4.6?

I would very much appreciate your help!
