Overwrite retrofitted_CH4pipeline-to-H2pipeline_share with p-e-s result #933

The parameter retrofitted_CH4pipeline-to-H2pipeline_share is now set to 0.75 (source: European hydrogen backbone), but this value be replaced by the one calculated in the p-e-s run.
