The ohmic resistance per km for lines with 110/220 kV was 0.109 but should be 0.06 as changed here: https://github.com/wupperinst/osmTGmod/commit/ce70ba30b2b101cfccde9cc9d6fff3f0e5a12083

@jankaeh the values look correct now. However, I'd suggest 'single' wires on 110 kV lines, instead of '2*265/35'. This means, leave the value of 0.109 for 110 kV. Of course, this is very arguable...
