Check out entso-e data for historic cross-border flows #129

a) For validation it might make sense to use exogenous time series for cross-border flows from entso-e. b) Alternatively these published cross-border flows could be compared with our modelled ones for validation...

For a) someone should access the right data via entsoe-py (probably using query_crossborder_flows()) and include that information as optional data in our data model...

According to our last meeting, I will proceed to download and store in the db the power flow data between Germany and foreign countries. These values will be fixed in eTraGo for the status2019 scenario. Since the power flow of these lines will be exogenously defined, could be possible to delete loads and generators from the foreign countries' buses.

We will suggest our colleagues from Fraunhofer to include this in their validation process.
