The task ElectricalNeighbours is not designed yet to work when eGon100RE is one of the scenarios.

I fixed problems related to this dataset on the branch for the pypsa-eur integration (see PR #293). On that branch, ElectricalNeighbours runs successfully. Should I close this issue with the mentioned PR?
