Pending changes eGon100RE #285

During the execution of the eGon project, all the tasks were designed for the scenarios "eGon2035" and "eGon100RE". Now It is required to run different scenarios and all the tasks should be ready for that purpose. Here are some tasks that must be modified:

Values for heat were reused from other scenario but must be confirmed: https://github.com/openego/powerd-data/pull/289/files#diff-83c9de5ef81c97402086bce8ec3d3bced12e5adfbe2ebf47754975487392ce87R614-R619

In datasets/parameters.py the following values for heat must be confirmed: parameters["marginal_cost"]: "geo_thermal": 2.9, # Danish Energy Agency "water_tank_charger": 0, # Danish Energy Agency "water_tank_discharger": 0, # Danish Energy Agency "rural_heat_pump": 0, # Danish Energy Agency, Technology Data for Individual Heating Plants
