This is my first pass at working with the clarity system. NOTE: The way the XML data is pulled out of the system looks to have changed and the Clarify library might need to be updated. Still looking into this as well. Just wanted to get some current election results up.

@ATLJoeReed thanks - I've pushed a few changes to the clarify repo that should enable it to work with the new-style URLs. If you install it from the repo and test it out, I'll push a release.
