Missing 2018/20181204__ga__general.csv file #279

For the 2018 general election, there appears to be a missing csv file for all of the county-level election results merged together. I'm using this data for a research project and any help in generating this file would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Harrison @hxk1633, we are working through the years with this issue and haven't gotten to 2018 yet. I getting ready to head out for a week of vacation, but when I return, I can jump to 2018 and get that year squared away. I'll keep you posted.

Also, if you want to merge the files, this Jupyter notebook might point you in the right direction.
