20081104_ia_general_county.csv appears to be missing a number of counties #7

The state of Iowa has 99 counties, but not all 99 have results for the President and Senate races when I run a pivot table on the file here.

Searching for one of those counties, Poweshiek, here on Github confirms the bug.

It seems to me that the majority of page like this one simply has not been entered. Am I missing something obvious?

I am going to try to sort out this bug and file a pull request.
