2016 general election results issues #22

Chase County's early vote for Trump and Stein looks like it was mistranscribed, it should be 241 instead of 247 and 1 instead of 7.

Dundy County - Benkelman III was mistranscribed, it should have a Trump vote of 112 instead of 113.

In Kearney County, Clinton's and Johnson's votes are swapped.

Custer County is missing the Ansley/Myrtle/Westerville precinct results. It doesn't appear in the source PDF, but it might have gotten cut off, since the county totals don't add up without it. I have a spreadsheet of unofficial precinct results from the state that fill the gap in totals perfectly with what they list for A/M/W (Trump: 302, Clinton: 38, Johnson: 15, Stein: 4).

Sioux County is missing Stein votes.

Frontier, Gage, Pawnee, Saline, and Thurston look like they might be using unofficial results, they don't match the state's totals. Gage is also missing some precincts in the results.

Harlan and Nuckolls are weird, since the supposedly official results from the county don't match the state's counts.

@BrianAmos thanks - I've fixed presidential totals in Chase, Dundy and Kearney in both the county files and the statewide file. I'll dig into the others.
