Town-level results for 2018 General Election #10

Using the Excel files from the NH SOS, create OpenElections-style CSV files for the 2018 general election. The goal is to create a single CSV file for the entire state, with the following headers:

county, town, office, district, party, candidate, votes

We're interested in the following offices, but would take all races if that's doable, too:

The finished file will be named 20181106__nh__general__town.csv. See an example from the 2016 general election.
