Suspicious and missing entries in 2014 general results #24

The 2014/20141104sdgeneral.csv file contains some suspicious entries.

The last three columns have empty headers:

The corresponding columns are empty, except for the Governor results:

The values here appear to correspond to the votes received by the various candidates. See the below image from the file on the SD Secretary of State website:

I believe these entries should be split up so that there is a separate row per candidate.

This file also appears to be missing many races. The file only contains entries for the U.S. House 1, and Governor races.
