wv 1950 county-level election results #27

Reported "TOTAL" in source pdf does not always match the computed sum from other rows. A comparison to federal records (when they exist) may be useful.

When a party is not listed in the original sources, I left the relevant cell blank. Did not obviously see an answer by googling, but maybe it can be found via newspapers (or the person is party-independent).

I wasn't able to easily find when the primary election was, so I made the filename 1950xxxx. This should also be findable via newspapers or a good source.
