To test before live deploy, we need a test VM with identical config to the VPS.

@gooli Do we use a local VM on each of our laptops, or a cloud-based one?

I think a cloud-based one, we could use a free Amazon instance for testing / staging.

Created a staging area on the same server, that should be enough for now.
