Openemr integration #2

I've gone in and merged your latest commit from master with the changes I've been working on. This pull request shows those You can see the sample event dispatcher hooks and what I did here.

The corresponding changes in OpenEMR to make it possible for the Module to tie in can be seen here (specifically in the patient_report.php file) https://github.com/adunsulag/openemr/commit/5f48fda8578fbe2fc7bf5b0d27c1648d6d2335ca
