changing to "Require all granted" in the apache conf file #134

apache version 2.2 : Order allow,deny Allow from all

apache version 2.4 : Require all granted

Thanks @alexandrecuer did you notice this causing an error in a recent run of the scripts? is the old version still supported for backwards compatibility?

The old version is not causing any error. But i find the new fashion much more explicit This is just a suggestion to keep in mind
