Update to emonHub Documentation #189

Hi @glynhudson @TrystanLea made some substantial changes to the docs. Incorporated the original ReadMe contents and split things up slightly differently.

Not complete, but I think better than it was.

I am getting an autogenerated TOC in docs/emonhub-interfacers.md and I am not sure why :(
