Baud rate wrong in config #5

Hi!

Since v2.5 of the emontx3 firmware the baud rate is upped to 115200 but the PIO monitor baud rate is still 9600 for this board. So monitoring via serial port is not possible.

I'm opening a PR soon that fixes this. 🎊
