Fix #11

Complete documentation of all the public interface, as well as general usage instructions.
The documentation is built by the CI everytime a push is made on the master branch.
Documentation is available online here: https://aegis4ics.github.io/modbus-cpp/

Miscellaneous stuff also in this PR:

Moved Ipv4Endpoint to channel folder.
Made UnitIdentifier::default_unit_identifiera constexpr
Added the OS generated message in ConnectionException
