Add a Section on Creating a New Protocol Plugin #100

I'd suggest adding a new final section called something like "Extending the Adapter" with the following sections, the first two of which existing earlier in the current documentation but would be moved to the new section:

Protos
Adding a New Profile
Adding a Protocol Plugin
