Schedule splitting #76

Closes #71.

Modbus now supports schedule parameters being executed.
DNP3 master now supports schedule parameters being executed.
Dependencies are now fetched using CMake FetchContent (requires CMake 3.12 or higher)

For details about the validations of the schedule parameters, wait for the upcoming doc (or read the unit tests 😝)
